I purchased a new refrigerator from Lowe’s and the ice maker broke with the first 30 days. I have called the repair service the first technician came out and said he’d order a part. Second technician came and walked up to the front door and said sorry your part isn’t in my van. I will have to order your part? What???? I called the call center and you get a person that has a hard time understanding English and they weren’t updated on their end at all. This company has left me in limbo. Guess I will call Lowe’s again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I am working through a microwave warranty right now, submitted at the beginning of February. This abysmal excuse of a company have been out to the home 4 times, and the microwave still doesn’t work. Their communication is terrible, they don’t provide me with what parts are needed, and their scheduling is always weeks apart from each visit. They have cancelled appointments the day before their scheduled arrival. They have left boxes of spare parts on my counter when leaving, and recently took the microwave off the wall, but didn’t remount it when they left. They need to refund Whirlpool all the money they’ve been paid by warranty, apologize for everything they’ve put my family through, and close up shop. I’m approaching 3 months without a microwave…have you ever tried to reheat leftovers without a microwave? Is everyone at VIA appliance paid so well, they don’t ever eat leftovers so they don’t understand the struggle of raising a family on a tight budget?

Jason, an awsome tech, replaced two wheels in my dryer. He is very professional and technically skilled. He ensured the dryer was cleaned when it was apart. Very good tech. However, I think he failed to connect one of the electrical leads when bolting the lid. I did see the dryer work before he closed the lid. The next day I tried using the dryer and the lights come on, but it does not spin. Now the problem, I called Via and they said no problem, we'll get the tech back to fix the issue. THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 12 DAYS BEFORE THE TECH COULD COME BACK. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 24 TO 48 HOURS. HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line, at least one great tech, horrid customer service!

I wish I could review with 0 *. After 3 weeks and 2 appointments no show and no call. Their customer service when you call always backed their repairman. Last time was the worst. I was on the phone with their customer service. They said he was at our address. She then said to call him. But the # she gave me was their office. Thank goodness Whirlpool is fixing me up with someone else.
