The technicians are excellent! However, getting scheduled, or communicating with customer service is an absolute nightmare. They are patronizing, nasty, uncooperative. When one asks to speak to a supervisor, the nasty woman who answered the phone states 'I am the supervisor, you can't speak to anyone else.' We can never get our repairs scheduled because of these hostile 'supervisor- impersonating' unhelpful women who work the phones. I am not sure their corporate office is aware of just how horrible getting their service is!

They repaired my dryer and worked for a few weeks. Same error message came back. They charged me another service call fee to come back because it was past 30 days (by less than a week)! Very disappointed. They then give you this BS appointment schedule that they call the day before with a 3 hour window. You have no idea when it will be. Going to look for new appliance repair company.

Whirlpool Refrigerator warranty contract through AIG and then subcontractor Via. Since I purchased the fridge there have been issues with the upper refrigerator portion staying cool. I have lost a lot of money over these past months, due to having to throw out food and having to use takeout because I don't have a working refrigerator to store food, produce and beverages. There is no local address for Via or real local phone number. I have asked to speak to a service manager about repeat visits not correcting my refrigerator issues since 2024, was under mfg warranty prior to that time, and now I have a 12-week wait for a door. They cannot transfer me and not one manager has called me back. Each service call requires minimum two visits and wait time for parts to be shipped. I have gone without working fridge for weeks at a time and latest repair has a 12 week wait time for a door. The techs have never even opened up areas with a screw driver to check thermostats, dehumidifier, etc. never moved fridge away from wall to check components accessible through back, or looked at the condenser, coils, etc.-they just replace parts that are within reach. Last time they didn't even look at the freezer vent, which was covered with icicles and had completely frozen vents. I have tried to escalate to WhirlPool and AIG. They actually laugh at me when I demand a loaner or replacement! They just keep pointing fingers at each other. Today I waited all day for a service visit, checking the schedule page repeatedly to see where the tech was, sat right near door bell. Then I check the scheduler and it shows he completed the visit. When I called as soon as I saw that update, dispatch told me he wrote I did not answer doorbell or message (they text). Well, no door bell rang and I never received text or voicemail message. Considering I called right after I saw that update, they should have been able to catch him on the road and have him return. I checked with my condo dev manager and he looked at the security video. Does show a Via van in our circular drive but it appears to be driving by my building. In the snapshot one can see my vehicle parked right in front of my door. Maybe he went to wrong building, rang the wrong door bell, but why no voice call or text message? Also, dispatch contacted an hour later with update that the tech advised could not return because he had another appt. I call bull because my repair was last of 12 on the scheduler list. I also found out that Via could have contacted Whirlpool Master Techs for help with diagnosing and repair steps which has never been done. I am tired of not having a working refrigerator. This fridge when it sort of worked dipped into danger zone and higher temps many times. The temp does not change when I increase cool levels. Interior temp yesterday was 65 degrees!!!

VIA Appliance is a very good company I had a great experience with them. The technician they sent to my home Jack was fabulous very professional and knowledgeable with mean years of experience he got the job done right the first time, I would highly recommend this company .
