Fridge repair. We have had the fridges serviced around 4 times for the same problem. At this point I believe they have no idea how to solve the issue. Last technician that came and replaced another part got upset with us because I asked him to defrost the fridge again which was full of ice. He was annoyed with us because he wanted us to have the fridge turned off for two weeks until the parts arrived. I had told him in the previous visit that that would not work for us because we had no backup fridge.

A technician from VIA inspected my KitchenAid refrigerator and informed me that a sealed system repair was required. According to the technician, the part would typically take 3–5 days to arrive, after which they would contact me to schedule the installation. However, it has now been nearly three weeks, and I have yet to hear back from VIA. When I called for an update, I received no clear answer regarding the part's installation. Today, I spoke with Judy, who repeated the same information. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told that management was unavailable, but that I would receive a callback. Unfortunately, the overall customer service experience has been poor, with a complete lack of communication. I do not recommend VIA's services!

This is a 5***** Review for Fred R and Via Appliance Repair. Fred worked on my dryer and in a matter of a few moments had it running like it was new! Fred R was courteous and very respectful of our property and our time. Fred R is quite knowledgeable about his job! I am very happy that my warranty for my appliances are with this company as the service is phenomenal. Thank you Via Repair and especially to Fred R!!

Was the last stop of the night Fully expecting a quick peak and a reschedule. Fred the service tech went the whole 9 yards. Got our washer working again. Was warned it’s going to happen again. Ordered the parts and just waiting to get rescheduled. Highly recommend VIA and will use them in the future Alan
