The repairman was friendly, knowledgable, and explained everything thouroughly and easy for me to understand to relay it to my mother who's washer stopped working. I would work with this company again in the future. Overall great service.

On Friday, August 30, 2024 a Tech named Shane came to my home to diagnosis an issue that I was having with my 11 year old Whirlpool Washer. It was not working. He found that it needed new parts - gearcase, motor, drive pully, belt, guard, switch plate, etc. He ordered the parts right then and there on his laptop and said that it would be up to my Lowes Protection Plan whether they would approve the repair or replace my Washer. On Thursday, September 5, 2024 I called Lowes Protection Plan and was told that the parts had been ordered and that I needed to contact VIA Services to set up a date for the repairs to be made. I contacted VIA by e-mail and was told that they were waiting on Lowes Protection Plan to approve the parts/repairs. On Monday, September 9th I called Lowes Protection Plan and was told that parts were ordered on August 30th and that the repairs were approved by them. On Tuesday, September 10th I received an e-mail from VIA and was told that they were still waiting on approval from Lowes Protection Plan. On Tuesday, September 10th I made a visit to my local Lowes Store in California, MD and spoke with an Assistant Manager. They called Lowes Protection Plan and was told that VIA Services just sent them an invoice for the parts today so they had not even been ordered yet. I made the decision right then and there to not have VIA Services fix my Washer and I have since purchased a new one that will be delivered to my home tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 11th.

We contacted Via Appliance Repair to repair the microwave on our KitchenAid microwave/oven wall unit combo. Our technician Israel was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and completely respectful of our home. He had to make a few trips out to our house due to having to order the parts, and each time he was consistent, reliable, and really took the time to not only troubleshoot the issue but also perform the necessary repair. Israel is amazing and has been the best of any technician we have ever had come to our home!

Jonathan Carney was excellent! He originally came to fix our dryer, but ended up coming back to fix the washer too. He was professional and courteous each time, and explained everything as he was repairing them. He is very knowledgeable and a true asset to your team! Highly recommended!
