Frustrating experience. I bought a brand-new dishwasher that turned out to be defective, and Whirlpool contracts this company for repairs. The diagnostic visit went well, but the scheduling process has been a mess.
Twice they asked for my availability, I gave them a 5-hour window, and they confirmed it — then the day before the appointment they sent a service window OUTSIDE the times I said I was available.
Because of this, I’m now another week out from getting a brand-new dishwasher working. The technician was good, but the scheduling system clearly needs improvement.

Needed to have my washer repaired. Turned out that the control board got recalled and that was the issue. Drew B. was wonderful, replaced on the spot and clearly explained what he needed to do. Very quickly too! Thanks Drew! ☺️

Maytag unfortunately made them the default service company for repairs on my washer. My washer would go from sensing to cycle complete without running the cycle. They came to my house replaced the control board in the washer and said the issue was fixed. I was able to run 3 cycles before the same issue persisted. I called them out again, they came did nothing said "actually it's your fault it isn't running because the drain hose is too long" lied to my wife about the washer running fine and left. Then when I address what they said we had done wrong with the washer it still won't run properly. So shame on Maytag for making a product that stops functioning within 9 months of purchasing it and shame on them for contracting incompetent people to service their faulty products
