Jerome was extremely professional, timely, and quick with our 2 service appointments. He was also very descriptive when we had questions about the issue with our washer.

This company was dispatched by Whirlpool to fix my brand new dishwasher. They keep delaying the appt and refusing to fix my dishwasher. They refuse to give appropriate timing schedules and refuse to keep their own appointments.

Initial visit went smoothly. The return visit after the part came in for our washer has been horrible. They have now rescheduled us 3 different times. Twice for an "the technician had an emergency" and once for weather which I was not upset about. Our washer was less than a year old so this was the company Whirlpool contracted with to have come out to our home. Thank God I'm not a paying customer and my husband and I are on opposite shifts so no one has had to miss a day of work.

I had a service call this morning and my technician was Ken extremely professional, courteous and friendly he came as scheduled and my Whirpool washer is fixed like new would definitely recommend them!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! NOT even 1-star worthy!!!!! Been waiting for washing machine to be fixed since last week of December. First idiot that came couldn't even diagnose the problem correctly UNTIL and AFTER I repeatedly asked that we run a NORMAL load of clothes. He "didn't have time for me to wash my clothes." But THEN and ONLY THEN did he see where it was leaking as he moved machine back in place. Second IDIOT replaced multiple parts and machine LEAKS WORSE AND MORE THAN BEFORE!!!!! ALSO, rung off the turn off valve to hot water line to washer, left it fast-dripping. Had to call MY PLUMBER to come fix it at MY EXPENSE. Appointment for today (Jan 28) was confirmed but only to be CANCLED AT THE LAST MINUTE but Third Idiot!!! Now rescheduled for Feb 12. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!! AVOID THESE IDIOTS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
