Our technician Julian was very knowledgeable and helped us resolve the issue with our dishwasher. He provided friendly excellent customer service.

Today 4/24/26 Technician Israel came to my home to replace a fan blower on my dryer, and to check out the rattling noise coming from my whirlpool washing machine. He fixed both issues in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service!

This company was contracted by Maytag for an appointment to repair my refrigerator. They were scheduled to come the next day between 10 and 1. I took the day off of work, and at 11:30am, I got an automated text that said they had cancelled the appointment, and I was automatically rescheduled for two days later. I had no input on the reschedule and no verbal notification.
