After a failure of a newly purchased Maytag Washer that stopped working after 6 months - I was provided under warranty a service call with VIA Appliance. I was impressed with the person that I had to deal with on the phone. (Sharita). She "calmed" me down, scheduled my appointment, followed up with me via e-mail and made the "bad" experience alot smoother. The day of my service call, I was given a three-hour window. The Technician (EZRA M) arrived 10 minutes early and out of courtesy was waiting until the provided time I was given to come in. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The Maytag washer was repaired, tested, and in working order when he left. Kudo's to the VIA Team. I was impressed. Dwayne - Stephens City, VA.

My technician was great. He assessed the issue quickly and ordered the part to repair my dishwasher on the spot.

Scheduled threw my home insurance (AHS) to have my Stove/Oven fixed due to the oven bake/broil not working on October 30, 2024. They outsourced the job to a local repair company which is VIA Appliance. Nov 1, 2024 got confirmation that the appointment for service would be on Nov. 4, 2024 between 11am and 2pm. On service date, Fred arrived early, around 10:30am and took a look at the oven and said that the igniter and valve needed to be ordered and replaced, and that he didn't have that with him. Appointment took about 10mins for him to do all that and be out the door. Come today, Nov. 11, 2024 haven't heard anything from the company VIA about if they have received the parts or anything. Called insurance AHS to ask what is going on for a service update. AHS reached out to VIA for an update and was told they don't know when the parts would be in but are hoping it will be before the end of the week by Friday Nov 15, 2024. Unsure why there is a delay in getting this fixed in a timely matter, and receiving the parts. Will update post/review when the service gets completed. Update: So new technician came out back on Nov. 19th, 2024 to finally install the parts, well go to find out that the first Technician didn't even fully do an inspection of the oven and 2nd technician found that the wiring harness is what actually caused the issue in the first place. This should be a new review on this shit company that can't even do what is asked. The Technician told me to call on Thursday to my home insurance company to have them authorize the work order so I can get the oven fixed. Held off till Friday, Nov 22, 2024 in the morning. Called and insurance company never received anything yet from VIA Appliance, so they called them and informed them to send over the report. Call insurance company today to get an update and well what do you know VIA Appliance still hasn't submitted the report to the insurance company. I am coming up on trying to get an oven fixed for almost a month and this company can't even send over a report so my oven can get fixed.
