Awful service. They sent a big replacement washer tub to my home and refused to assist with picking it up after telling me the washer couldn’t be repaired. I believe they are dumping unwanted parts. They referred me to the warranty company, who referred me back to Via

Ezra was quick and knew exactly was wrong to order parts needed. Returned with parts and installed it in no time. Very happy that my dishwasher is working properly! Highly recommend Via!

DO NOT HIRE. THIS COMPANY SWINDLED US. VIA Appliances misdiagnosed our microwave and ordered $120 of unnecessary parts. When Leon, the technican, came to install the part, he realized it was the wrong part and was not needed. He apologized for the mistake, helped us identify the correct part to order, and assured us that VIA would accept a return for the error. He infomred us that another technician would come out to install the correct part when it arrives and to accept the return of the unnecessary part. Once the correct part arrived, another technican named Damonte came out and installed the correct part. We explicitly instructed him not to attempt to reinstall the incorrect part becasue the original was working just fine. He checked it out and agreed that the incorrect part would be returned. Damonte took the incorrect part and provided us with instructions on how to request the refund from the front office. VIA is now refusing to refund us the costs of the of the unnecessary and unauthorized part that their authorized agent took possession of in exchange for a refund. They are attempting to claim that they really did install that part, which is false, but even if it were true, they were not authorized to perform that work. In backtracking, they are attempting to gaslight us by telling us that the part was necessary, which it was not. It was a completely separate part from the corrrect part that they came back out to install. And we know this because the microwave is currently working fine now with our original part. We've spoken extensively with VIA's their customer service team. They have told us in so many words to take a hike. These people are no better than petty theives.
