"cx complaint unit not completing cycles, checked unit, unit displaying f10e2 vent wax motor, f9e2drain fault, and f8e4 overfill fault, ran test cycle, noticed motor wasnt pumping efficiently. checked motor, motor reading out of range, also noticed alot of suds after test cycle, advised cx to try cap full of veg oil to get rid of suds then run a cycle with no soap. ordering parts needed to complete repair.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (sump&pump) and 1 W11412291 (drain pump) and 1 W11649995 (vent wax motor)"
