Technician name is Fred It was like he wasn't even here. 45 minutes max and out the door with machine fixed and tested. Very professional . Our washing machine was fixed in less than 24 hrs. from service call. Thank you for great service!

My tech, Jason, came to repair my KitchenAid gas range that needed a regulator. And he was GREAT!! He arrived during thenscheduled window, texted me he was on his wayy, was very knowledgeable, had the correct part, worked quickly, took care about the floor and my home, and was very friendly. My stove is again operational and I can finally make a hand-tossed pizza again. Jason = 5-STARS!
