Jeff from VIA Services arrived at my house to diagnose and repair my clothes dryer that was not heating. He had informed me of his estimated arrival time when he was enroute and was on time. Within one hour of his arrival, Jeff had my dryer problem identified, part replaced, and completely fixed. He cleaned up the residual dryer lint from the area and left my home clean. Let me start out by saying, this review has taken me months to submit, as I wasn't sure where to actually submit the review to, but I was thoroughly pleased by the service done by Via Appliance Repair this past spring. Fred Romano was the best of the best! After troubleshooting the issue with our Kitchen Aid dishwasher, Fred ordered the necessary parts and made it a point that he was the tech who would come back to fix the problem. Fred is caring, knowledgeable, and honestly, he treated me like family and would not give up until he go to the bottom of the random issue with our dishwasher. Fred is a hard worker who goes above and beyond when it comes to service! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair!
