We had an issue with our heating element on a Whirlpool dishwasher. Our service technician Jabari was fantastic! He replaced it under warranty and even reinstalled the unit underneath the countertop more securely.

VIA repaired our <1 year old Maytag washer after another repair company failed to tighten a replaced capacitor. Shawn was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Diagnosed, replaced parts, and fully repaired in less than an hour. We were very impressed and would recommend them wholeheartedly for future service!

Thomas was professional and very knowledgeable. Had the part we needed in his van to repair our kitchenaid wall oven. Scheduling and communication was very good.
