Communication from Via was excellent. Both text and email messages were timely and kept me informed of dates and times of service appointments. My service technician was Sal. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Parts were replaced and my washer is as good as new again. I highly recommend Via and especially Sal. It was a pleasure working with you.
