We haven't had much luck with our Maytag washing machine.. caused a whole flooding due to drain and whatnot. But Jack L came the second time of having to fix and was so helpful and informative. Even carried my groceries in for me as I had full hands. Provided information to avoid things happening again and was A+ customer service. Then our ice machine started making insane noises and would not work. Lucas R came out in expected timeframe- he explained the problem and fully fixed the problem, and it was all done very timely. I also appreciated him answering my questions.
