My first appointment was about 3 weeks ago the person who came was Patrick he was rude, tried to leave without even telling me what the issue was, then he said a broken belt. Today Daniel came to my home and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the machine it had more than likely been frozen as during the first visit, we were in the 20's - Daniell was nice kind and efficient. But based on Patrick's visit for 3 weeks I had to go to the laundry matt for 3 weeks!!!
