Today 4/24/26 Technician Israel came to my home to replace a fan blower on my dryer, and to check out the rattling noise coming from my whirlpool washing machine. He fixed both issues in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service!

My Whirlpool dishwasher was under warranty so they sent Via Appliance to fix it. The scheduling was straight forward and the tech had my dishwasher up and running within an hour after arriving. I took one star off because the tech was 2 hours late. It sounded like he was overbooked for the day, he did call to tell me he was running behind and worked beyond their normal business hours to get my dishwasher fixed.
