These are service messages only: scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician status on the day of service, parts updates for return visits, and follow-up after a completed repair. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we only text customers who have agreed to receive them.
1. On a phone call. When you call VIA Appliance Repair at 410-451-4104, the person or virtual receptionist helping you will ask:
"Would you like VIA Appliance Repair to text you about your appointment and service, like confirmations, reminders, and technician updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. Is it okay to text you at this number?"
We only text you if you say yes. We record the date, time, and phone number of your consent.
2. By texting us first. If you text 410-451-4104, you are asking us to reply by text about your repair. Our first reply confirms your enrollment and includes the same disclosures.
3. On our website. When you request service on viaappliance.com, you can check the optional box agreeing to receive service texts. The box is never pre-checked and is not required to book.
After you opt in, you will receive this text:
"VIA Appliance Repair: you're set up for service texts about your repair. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call 410-451-4104 or email service@viaappliance.com.
