Very professional and courteous. Explained what was wrong and showed the bad parts before replacing. Service call is a little pricey compared to other local repair services, but they are the only Maytag authorized dealer and I want to make sure my warranty is maintained so the extra cost is manageable. Being able to schedule online and being able to track where I am in line the day of is nice as well.
