I made a warranty claim via Whirlpool as my refrigerator stopped cooling. Demote carried out the diagnosis and repair in a transparent and professional manner. He patiently and comprehensively answered all my questions, and in turn educated me quite a bit on a modern refrigerator's operation principles (and common problems). My unit is back to running as if it were new. Via Appliance Repair has my full endorsement.

Manny and Alex were great with troubleshooting and repairing my washing machine, which both stopped mid cycle and was leaking. They clearly were familiar with the appliance. They arrived on time and it was easy to contact the company to schedule and reschedule appointments
