"Cx states unit stopped heating entirely, would not heat up at all last few attempts. Tested unit, unit currently working. Based on cx complaint it's likely that the relay on the ACU is intermittently failing. Unit is wall oven, will require a second tech to remove and steady in cabinet for work."
