the drain pan is not sealed down to the floor(pic). the drain pan has some kind of seant on it around the connection. replaced the tub. ran the diagnostic and the unit filled drained agitates and spins. the unit is not leaking into the drain pan. the unit is now good

cx complaint the unit is leaking. found bellow gasket ripped. $435.12 cx paid by card.

"Cx complaint f8e4, found tray wet and sudsy, found lower spray arm had come off and was pushing water to front right. Reinstalled spray arm, flushed suds out drum and tested all ops ok"
