Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher keeps beeping. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error code is E4 = Overflow error. Checked under the sink. Found no high loop installed. Installed a high loop. Checked the Float Switch. No Water found . Tested the unit. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. ( Went over loading instructions with the cx and soap usage. )

Robert was fantastic! Thorough in his knowledge and expertise and he understood the assignment. The first of 3 techs who actually checked the service code indicator for errors and after installing the part he cleared the errors and recalibrated the washer.
