"cx complaint unit not pumping from middle rack. checked diag entry for saved error codes and found f8e2 f8e4 and f10e2. removed toe panel and did not find any water staining on the insulation or in the drip pan. ran auto test cycle. unit filled, but sump never pumped water at any level. unit then drained and ended the test cycle. ran 'normal' cycle just to be sure sump is not activating at all, and again the sump assembly is not pumping water. quoted cx for repair. cx declined and paid only service call."

Replaced slides.. Freezer door cks and works fine

"Cx complains about an error code f8e4 inspected unit, the drip pan is full of water, water level cks ok, ran normal cycle, the motor works fine for 2 min.. then the motor makes a humming noise, the motor won't pump the water into the spray arms.. order sump assy; ordrng 1 w11460946 (sump/pump)"

CX complaint jennair ref broken or missing parts - door gasket - rc door right side. Comfirmed complaint. Replaced door gaskets. Cabionet is sealed good now

"CX complaint lid not latching - top load washer - lid locked - cycle won't start. Upon arrival error codes F3E2 ,F7E0 ,F0E4 ,F5E1 were stored. Ran diagnosis cycle and could not dupicate issue. Unit ran good with no issues or error codes. Ran calibration cycle."
