Cx complaint of unit not cooling. Did confirm and found compressor making a loud whine and blowing the overload. Units compressor is locked up and will need to be replaced.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (Compressor) and 1 W11578004 (Evap) and 2 W11506635 (Coupler)s and 1 3cntss (3cnt ss)

"Confirmed cx complaint UI start button non respsonsive, found UI spring button module non functional. Quoted cx for repair, cx going to shop around, will likely purchase a new unit. Paid 139 diagnostic.; ordrng 1 W10770413 (Control)"

Installed parts and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

"Cx complaint of rumbling noise and of check vent error. Did confirm moisture sensor is reading open. And that blower wheel spline has broken free of plastic also making impossible to remove. Will need to replace motor, blower housing with blower and motor. Cx payed 120 diagnostic and is going to think over repair.; ordrng 1 W10888146 (Housing) and 1 WPW10298258 . (Harness)"
