"CX complai t is that the utni is slaming the sides of the unit. I was able to check errors and found a off ballance error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test. I found the unti to be opperating a sdesignecd. I then recalibrated the unti and then ran a high speed spin in test 3. I found the unit nto have a bent driveshaft. I am ordering 1 grearcase(W11454741), and will use splutch on return visit. Suspention rods to be used if needed after replacement of the gearcase. Return visit will need to be 2 call counted due to the itme it takes to replacea gearcase. "cx complaint unit not cooling in rc section. inspected and found that the fc is completely engulfed in frost throughout the compartment due to what is clearly the result of a warm air leak. found that the left bottom and right bottom corners of the liner/cabinet. the defects in the liner are particularly large. contacted techline for guidance. with pictures provided, techline determined that the gaps in the liner were too large to be positively impacted by silicone sealant. techline deemed unit to be non repairable. CX complai t was that the R C was not cooling. I foun d that the the unit had air gaps in the FC and the RC door. I foun d a large amoput of con disaion / snow in the FC . I foun d iot to be have clogged the air ducts to the RC causing no air flow to RC. I was able to access the Evap and foun d a good frost pattern. I cleared the blockages with a steamer and used a heat gun to correct the gasket gapping. Unit test good.
