"due to scheduling error cx actual appoitment time is 13-3. Waited for cx to show, next job not available until, 12. Cx complaint of unit not making ice and dispenser flow is slow. Checked unit and found filter clogged and needs replacfement for dispenser issue. Filter removed, flow is normal. Performed test on ice maker and found fill tube frozen due to sheared wire at heater. Removed and replaced filltube, tested, unit is working as designed."
