"Cx complaint using cooktop and unit stopped working. Was able to access unit and found no power. Checked junction box and found 247.3VAC and same at terminal block into unit and 247.3 at module. Found fuse reading OL. Replaced with 20A fuse and powered on unit showed F74 then tripped again. Will need module for repair but module shows NLA even though its a new unit. Contacted tradecare who is sending it to parts research. They are looking into the part and will reach out within a week; ordrng 1 w10138793 (20A fuse (JL VS)) and 1 W10857232 (module), used 1 w10138793 (20A fuse (JL VS)) from stock"

Was able to access unit and cut in to find a full charge. Replaced compressor and drier and pulled into a 30 in vacuum which held. Charged unit with 50G R600 and watched as evap built a frost pattern. Cx to give unit 24 hrs and contact if any issues arrise but as of now no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not cooling. Arrived to find outside but plugged in and unit had substanial damamge to top back corner of unit. Found that the compressor is locked. Will need 2 count compressor and drier. Once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11547313 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 3 W11506635 (process stub)s and 1 876765 (tubing kit)

As per Technical Service Pointer was able to access unit and replace heater. Following pointer ran unit and found no leaks unit now checks good no further work needed

With the assitance of BM was able to remove unit and repalce thermostat. Tested unit and unit now works. Contacted techline and spoke to Robert. Due to reccurring issue replace cooling fans. Ordering parts and once approved and in office will set a return with 2 techs; ordrng 1 WPW10016550 (lower cooling fan) and 1 W11165152 (thermostat) and 1 WPW10176670 (upper cooling fan)
