cx complaint that unit not starting cycle and was shaking hard when they came down stairs after unit was done found strike to be severed in half.. will need strike cx will request we just drop off in mailbox on friday the 21st..; ordrng 1 W11457841 (strike 12@trb)

CX complaint was that the unti would not heat. I found that there was a loose connection at the TCO . I was able to secure the harness to the fuse and unit test good.;

CX complaint iwas that the unti would not power on. I found the unit to be DOA. I unplugged and tested power supply . I fou d the propper 120V's for opperation. I plugged unit back in and powered on. UNit is now opperating as designed. I inspected the control and found all connection secure withn no concerns. UNit is opperating as designed.
