"CX complains unit still not dispensing ice after last visit. Found icebin auger to have failed. unit will need ice bin replaced. Quoted cx for ice bin, cx agreed. ws able to replace with pre i.d part, tested unit and unit now dispenses ice with no issue. cx paid with card, cx did not owe service fee due to within 30 days cx does not owe for labor due to cx putting ice bin themselves. cx paid parts, tax and shipping with card. No further work needed."

Was able to access unit and replace control unit now checks good no further work needed

"CX complains unit doesnt always dispense ice. CX is without warranty and has agreed to service fee. Found unit ice bin to be worn, unit auger and yoke is tight and not slipping. Unit ice bin was frozen to bottom of icemaker area. Was able to clear ice and unit ice dispenser began dispensing ice. Tried to jump icemaker to harvest and fill but unit icemaker did not rotate nor fill. called techline and spoke to TJ who said to reset power to unit and see if it restores icemaker function. Reset power and removed RC LED light per techline to reseat connector, restored power and unit began harvest. Unit will need HV board per techline, and to bring icebin as pre i.d for return if cx has issues with dispensing still. CX paid for control already cx will only owe for icebin if needed.; ordrng 1 W11185686 (icebin pre i.d) and 1 W11043763 (control)"

cx complaint unit stopped making ice but then 6 days later it started making ice again. inspected unit and first took FC temp and found -1 degrees. I then jumped IM and found it harvested and called for water. units IM is working as design as of today. charged cx $120 paid in check

cx complaint unit not spinning clohtrs dry. inspected unit and found f7e6 error code. also while inspecting found that the suspension is severely worn and causing the unit to shift toward the back right corner. unit will need parts.; ordrng 1 W10832724 (drive motor) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor) and 1 W11217817 (suspension)
