Cx complaint unit not making ice. Arrived to find stuck mid rotation. Replaced with pre-id and found unit would get to halfway point and stick in test 44 but in 45 it would go to home position but not find home. Contacted techline and checked 6 pin connector at door orange to white 0.3 Ohms. Checked harness at P7 and read OL. Unit has wiring issue in cabinet and unrepairable. whirlpool will reach out to cx for next steps

Cx complaint unit not powering on. Was able to access unit and found belt intact. Verified 238VAC incoming into terminal block. Checked element and found 9.6 Ohms and no signs of grounding. Found thermal fuse reading OL. Found vent completely restricted. Showed cx and quoted for repair and collected for service via check and the rest via card. Replaced fuse and unit checks good. No further work needed. Cx will need to have vent cleaned
