replaced timer tested & working properly

CX complaint about unit not heating confirmed issue found correct power to unit 242vac check all fuses & tested close found only 120vac going to each leg but not 240vac when touching prones together found an open circuit on timer bypass red & wh-bk wire on timer & heater start going issue with timer; ordrng 1 WPW10185982 (timer)

"the cx says the freezer is frosting badly. found an air leak between the liner to the cabinet. the unit needs more washer and screws installed so the doors line up. replaced the washers and screws so the doors are now closing without dragging on the liner. used sealant around both the freezer and refrigerator liners to seal for leaks. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 482338 (adhesive(js vs)) and 2 WP489497 (screw (js vs))s and 2 WP489467 (washer (js vs))s, used 1 482338 (sealant(js vs)), 2 WP489497 (screws (js vs)), and 2 WP489467 (WASHER (js vs)) from stock"
