CX complaint is low ice production. Replaced seapartor per prior diagnosis. Temps upon arrival were 2deg in FC and 38 in RC. CX had ice in bin but just not happy with amount. Unit is working designed. Job is complete

CX complaint is black wire burnt and unit not owrking. Inspected unit and verified CX complaint. DUring inspection found L@ wire had arched from loose connection and burned. Repaired burnt wire and replaced terminal block. Plugged unit in and tested and it is now working properly. Job is completeCaleed WP Safety and reported findings.

CX complaint is ice falling out of dispenser and water dripping. Inspected unit and verified complaint. Found separator to be defective and not closing completely which is allowing warm air into freezer and melting ice. Ordering separator. . 8 in stock at Tribles. Rescheduled for the earliest date which is 6/27/22Separate issue. CX is now claiming original tech that came to her house put a little nick in her floor. Adding pic. Checked temps upon arrival and got 2deg in FC and 36 in RC. Pulled back cover and pulled amp draw of 0.87. Pulled evap cover and full frost pattern. Replaced control per last diagnosis due to intermitent operation. Evap and condenser fans bot running. By end of appt with doors open and closing the temps were at 7 in FC and 38 in RC. Unit is working as designed. Also found CX had water almost completely shut off. Turned water valve all the way on. Job is complete
