"Cx complaint unit banging around and not finishing cycles. Arrived to find unit going through spin with a normal sized load and verified concern. Checked suspension and under unit. Reccomend gearcase, suspension, and spin basket to correct issue. Due to reccuring issue contacted techline spoke to Steve. Order control from Plainfield since they cant do over air update. Ordering control again and office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11419171 (control)"

"CX complains unit is still off balance and shuts off after repairs. Unit shows f0e5-off balance error. Called wp techline due to repeated visits and spoke to Adrian who said due to unit not having off balance issue empty nor having off balance issue with small/medium load while technician is present unit is working as designed, cx is experiencing loading issue, cx instructed on proper loading. No further work needed"

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not working. Cx stated they attempted a load but unit stopped and wouldnt drain the water out. Was able to access unit and found had water inside. Plugged in and drain pump started humming. Entered diag and found F9E1 error and then drain stopped humming and started draining water out. Ran a rinse and spin and unit went through no issues. Found resistance within spec but due to this happening twice ordering pump to be replaced. Once in and approved office will need to set return with cx.; ordrng 1 W11396717 (drain pump)

CX complains unit is running off balance. CX ststes other company serviced unit last week and replaced suspension and didn't fix the issue. Unit shows f0e5 and f0e3 errors. ran unit through diagnostic test unit was making a slight grinding noise when it was running through spin cycle. Lifted unit and inspected under unit and found gearcase had failed and will need replaced as well as components that got oil on them. Office to reach out to cx when all parts approved and are recieved.; ordering 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W11551646 (spanner nut) and 1 W10752187 (wash plate screw)
