"Customer complaint is that the unit still is not heating properly. Unit turned on, but the ignitor never started glowing. Ignitor tested good. Checked for power to the ignitor and found none. Checked for power to and through the control relay and have 120VAc to the relay, but when turned on, the relay is not closing to send power down to the ignitor. Coils and flame sensor tested good. Contacted Whirlpool Tech Support with findings. Determined that the motor and control need to be replaced together. Ordering both.; ordrng 1 W11633282 (control) and 1 279827 (motor!dryer)"

came out to look into unit. only code found F9E1 ran auto test on unit. unit filled some and just sat. found wire broke at plug at drain pump. fixed that and ran test again for drain pump to run and not stop. after a few tries got to stop and lid lock keeps clicking. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (Motor) and 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 W11513246 (Control) and 1 W11513248 (Lid Lock)

came out and replaced TCO kit again. put unit on timed dry and let run awhile. unit ran and flame came on and heated and shut off then ran a bit then flame came back on to heat up again and ran. advised cx to try a few cycles and see how unit does. job complete.

"Contacted TL when arrived due to amount of visits and parts that have been replaced. The unit ignites then after 10 seconds the flame goes out. When through checks with TL, vent hose is clean, gas lines check OK and no restrictions in line. Checked and found the thermostat to have OL reading. TL states when the flame goes back into housing the thermostat allows it to stay on. Ordering TCO, once available, contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11050897 (TCO kit)"

cx complaint after first load unit does not get hot at all now. ran unit to test. found code F1E1 took unit apart to run and no glow and heat. replaced tco kit and was able to get unit to glow then light a few sec then shut off. restarted and unit did the same. wont hold flame. if unit still kicks on then off tech line will need to be call as all parts seem to be replaced.will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11646258 (gas valve)
