"Cx states she returned home yesterday and the unit was in 'cooling off' mode. Whirlpool unsuccesfully tried to talk her through restoring the cooling function via the UI. Turned cooling on, unit frost pattern returned, unit blowing cold air. Advised cx to watch unit and call back if temps don't drop back down but unit should be working properly now."
