"Cx complains about a leak under the deli drawer, inspected unit, the drain is clogged, i use the steam gun to unclog the drain.. water draining fine"

came out and replaced start device and plugged unit in and unit started. checked over and reset everything. advised cx to give unit the next 24 hours to ge back to norm temps. unit checks. job complete.

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the lower harness and shifter. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint is with the flames and not being right again conversion kit and changes are good. found valves not adjusted for flames and that was the issue. set each one to low and adjusted flame and now unit checks. had her try unit multiple times to make sure all burners and unit checks for her. when changing kit and all yu have to adjus flames as valves are opened more for the gas. unit now checks. job complete.
