came out to touch up unit. cx wanted to tape off a box to paint in so lines are straight. painted and left tape on to dry as he wanted. nothing else we can do. he said when it drys and he takes tape off he ill touch up a bit if needed. left the rest of paint with him. job complete.

cx complaint is some of the buttons just stopped responding. tested and checked unit. replaced console andnow unit checks. job complete.

cx says the unit got water on the floor again. found a f10e2(vent) and a f8e4(overfill) error codes in memory. removed the outer door and ran the diagnostic and the unit is filling but as soon as it starts washing the dispenser is leaking. removed the dispenser and reinstalled and the unit is no longer leaking. ran the full diagnostic cycle again and its no longer leaking but the unit is getting a 10-2 error every time i run diagnostics. the unit needs a vent; ordrng 1 W11649995 (vent)

installed agitator assembly and tested unit. unit now agitates omnidirectional and tests good.
