replaced the control and ran the diagnostic. the unit is filling draining agitatign and spinning good. filled the unit and the unit filled on max to correct amount. ran the drain and spin and the unit is completing the cycle. the unit is now good

cx complaint is lid broke again and this is the 2nd lid that broke. replaced the lid and tested and checked over unit. unit now checks. job complete.

cx complaint is unit was running just fine and said she thinks one day then unit started and she had to open door and then unit just kept beeping and wouldnt start or run and was flashing a F8E4 code. thats for float switch stuck open or closed. tested and checked unit. had him turn breaker back on to unit. found a F9E2 F8E4 cleared codes and started a auto test and ran unit. unit she does wash dishes all the way and then wash advise her to leave some stuff on for soap. unit checks. job complete.

replaced the module and all the lights have reilluminated. the unit is now good
