cx says the unit stopped in cycle after making a lot of noise. said noise was a clunking noise not a metal grinding noise. found no error codes in memory. the unit is agitating spinning draining and filling good in component activation. ran a calibration cycle. service pointer for this unit is not in serial range. the cx to monitor.

installed coupler dryer and ff evap filled uit checked for leaks none found

cx says the rc compartment is no longer getting cold and the freezer is leaking. rc is 49f. found the refrigerator evaporator is frosted over. Technical Service Pointer #:W11033419 deals with this issue. ran test 128 and found 2.0.0.0; ordrng 1 W11332011 (control) and 1 W10815735 (evaporator cover) and 1 W10918848 (orion) and 1 W10908836 (valve)

replaced the main control and the ice maker but the bail arm does not come off the old ice maker and the ui is a pantry ui for a different model. attached pics.; ordrng 1 W11476585 (ui(shows nla)) and 1 WPW10474785 (arm)

cx complaint is unit does not make ice unless its on max ice and ice is all frozen together and large pieces. took temp readings in unit of 10 in Freezer and 19 through ice maker and fan not hitting high speed. saw ice 3-5 pieces together as very high spots and ice froze around ice bin. will order updated parts as well as parts needed and office to schedule.; ordrng 1 W11578046 (UI Black) and 1 W10846539 (Fan motor) and 1 W11482383 (Valve) and 1 W11224256 (Control) and 1 W11579560 (Ice Maker)
