"upon arrival cx stated they have an extended warranty and showed receipt with 3 year extended warranty. advised cx they can call cx care or i can charge service fee. cx wanted unit to be diagnosed. come to find defective acu and motor, cx will be calling extended services for return visit. collected $120 service fee via check. check in bag."

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit and replaced all parts. put the unit back together. tested operation unit is running as designed.
