frost forminng in freezer and fridge gasket coming out found gap in lower right bottom corner of freezer gasket heated and now sealing attempted to replaced fridge gasket gasket to staying in seam heated old gasket now staying in seam informed customer to leave closed for a few hours for gasket to reshape

constant thumping and noises during cycle tested with blanket confirmed replaced all four support rollers and tested noise still present but better than before suggesting pulley and motor all parts in stock; ordrng 1 W11364931 (motor) and 1 W10837240 (pulley)
