Cx complaint unit not going through cycles. Was able to access unit and found F7E1 tachometer fault. Ran auto test and went through no issue but there was soap build up in tub. Ran a quick wash and found when full of water the unit would pause Ohmed out shifter and harness had continuity but not to say when stretched there isnt a break. Ordering parts needed for repair and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11569161 (lower harness) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11481108 (control)

"Cx complaint clicking noise and smell. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Ran auto test and filled, drained, agitated and spun no issue. Selected manual agitate and found shifter clicking and not moving then sudeenly jumps and catches causing premature wear on spultch and gearcase is starting to drop oil and when i went to remove agitator found seized will need cut out. Ordering parts needed for repair along with 2 call due to seized agitator and once approved and on office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10902814 (wash plate)"

Cx complaint lights not coming on in unit. Was able to access unit and found faulty door switch. Removed and found that the wires arent long enough to reach and unable to get slack from cabinet. Contacted techline and spoke to Steve. Unit is unrepairable and Whirlpool will reach out for the next steps no further work needed

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not heating. Was able to access unit and found element and tco OL. Quoted cx for repair and collected full amount. Replaced parts and unit tested good. As I was leaving noticed water on the floor and found that the valve is cracked. Shut off water and quoted cx for repair. They are gonna discuss and reach out if they decide too replace valve.
