"CX complaint is that ice is getting cought in the icebin gears and the chute causing the door to stay open , warm air to leak in and ice to drip and run down the front of the FC door. I explained in detail the opperation of the unit and how the icebin forces ice foward and out the seperator into a glass. I called WP tech line to document my finds for CX . WP TL agrees with my finds. Please see SR . There are no repairs to be made at this time . The unit is working as designed Per WP."
