"Replaced Icemaker , tested unit .. Icemaker cycled and filled properly .. Job complete"

freezer is at -1 bin is empty forced unit to run and icemaker only moved a lil bit and didnt drop the ice in the holder called tech line; ordrng 1 W11546685 (water vavle) and 1 W11546935 (icemaker)

cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found ice in tray cx states it dropped ice Sunday and Monday hasn't dropped since. called whirlpool TechLine had Me do temperature checks units freezer is at 4 Degrees F. Which TechLine states is normal operations. Had Me turn down the freezer a bit more and wants to see if this fixes issue cause the ice maker is working only low production. TechLine states these are stand alone ice makers and rely on the temperature sensor on bottom of the ice maker tray itself. Done as asked informed cx to allow 72 hours to see if the changes effected the ice making process
