cx complaint RC isnt cooling. inspected unit and found ice build up on outside of FC evap cover. I entered into diag and found test 5 showes defrost sensor is open. then next thing it changed to passed. I removed evap cover and ran test 13 and found heater did not come on. I found all connections were good. I tested for voltage at evap and found 0vac. i then removed control and found 0vac at P2-7 to P1-2. unit needs control to correct issue. qouted cx for repair and cx declined. charged cx only for service call fee $120 pain in check.

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the outer tub and the lower harness. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint unit take 2-3 cycles to produce dry clothes. inspected unit and found unit does heat. i found air flow was very weak. i removed back cover and found a blockage in the exhaust housing. I was able to remove it. i then found vents were very blocked. i advised cx to get vents cleaned. cx paid service call.

"CX complains unit has a streak in between the layers of glass. CX complaint is cosmetic, and cx is outside cosmetic warranty period. Cx did not want to pay out of pocket for repair, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

Per previous diag I attempted to replace the harness. When removing the old harness I found that the port for the pressure tube was cracked and cause the port to break off inside the pressure tube. I am ordering the outer tube. I informed the cx that the tub will ship directly to them. Cx will inspect and inform the office when the part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11219115 (Outer Tub)
