Customer complaint door would not close properly do to bottom of door hitting front of unit. Arrived today and inspected. Found door would not close do to door hitting bottom of unit. Adjusted door and hinge so that it no longer does. This has left scratches on bottom of unit and will cause rust in the future. Ordering panel for return visit. "F0E2 over suds Customer complaint sometimes when she starts a cycle the sensing will continue and never start the wash cycle after previous text visit he had found this unit needed a new control arrive today and verified complaint found error code for over suds pulled unit out and disconnected power. remove top panel and removed old control , replaced with new and ran test cycle unit completed cycle with no issues. Unit is now working as designed job complete"

cx complained unit display wouldnt work on unit. after inspecting unit. all display worked on console. ran diag test got error f4e1 and f5e2. when running diag wash cycle unit completed cycle as should. unit will need control and door latch; ordrng 1 W11322901 (control) and 1 W11565030 (door latch)

cx complaint is the trim the handle mounts to coming off causing door to come apart. confirmed complaint. plastic has broken. i replaced broken part with preIDed part and put door back on. door is now working as designed. cx paid in full for repair.

cx complaint is the door sagging causing the door to hit the front of the unit causing scratches and door to be hard to close. confirmed complaint. door has to be lifted a little to close otherwise it scraps the front of the unit. i found everything on hinges to be tight. bushings may be worn causing door to sag. ordering hinge and bushings. schedule when parts are avialable.; ordrng 1 WPW10208419 (plate) and 1 WPW10208415 (door hinge) and 4 WPW10208398 (cap)s
