"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling consistantly, if one section is too cold the other section will be to warm. Upon arrival I found that the unit is packed with products in both sections and is not able circulate properly. I accessed the FC evap and adjusted the FC temp to max. The fans and compressor are all running normally. I informed the cx that the unit is to full and will have issues consistantly cooling. The unit is functioning as intended. Job complete"

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a screaching noise as soon as it starts. Upon arrival I verified the noise. i found that the idler is causing the noise. i was able to access and replace the Idler. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. job complete

Customer complaint is that the unit is not drying. Unit tested and found one of the thermostats stuck open. TCO replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer.

Customer complaint is that the left door is sagging towards the right door and is lower. Upper hinge loosened and door pushed to the left. Hinge resecured. Doors now have an even gap. Lowered the right door adjustment both to match the left. Doors are now level.

"Cx complaint leaking water from under freezer. Inspected freezer and found ice build up along the bottom below drawer. Removed drawers and evap cover and found the drain clogged under evap. Removed ice and steamed out drain tube, poured hot water through drain and it went through into drain pan. Drain is unclogged, cx paid $240 for service and labor. Unit checks good"
