Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed.

"Cx complaint handle failure. Was able to access unit and found that the strike seized to the catch and while opening the handle fractured leaving jagged edges. No one was injured and no property damage. Contacted safety who issued P&L. Replaced parts with pre-id and van stock unit now checks good no further work needed; ordrng 1 W11429589 (strike (JL VS)) and 1 W11429587 (catch (JL VS)), used 1 W11429589 (strike (JL VS)), and 1 W11429587 (catch (JL VS)) from stock"

Cx complaint unit not operating and just buzzing. Was able to access unit and found unplugged. Plugged in and found drain pump running. Canceled cycle and ran auto test which went through no issue. Verified nothing in pressure hose. Ran calibration. At time of visit unit is operating as designed no further work needed

CX complaint unit leaking. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found that the filter housing leaking which and while attempting to remove found filter seized inside and which cause cap to fracture. Ordering Filter housing and cap once approved and in office will set return; ordrng 1 WPW10121138 (filter housing) and 1 WP2260518MG (filter cap)
