replaced endcap and now checks good

"cx complaint that unit is worse than before and making loud noises again and wont complete the cycle. i found the unit to fill lock drain nop issues /noise wise... agitated but the belt was compromised and grinding up from slipping off again. i replaced all parts pre id and tested no noise and checks good, cx will call back if again happens then TL must be called then in home."

"Inspected part and found scratch. Re-ordering part, and left voicemail with cx stating for them to contact office to reschedule once part is available.; ordrng 1 W11219664 (left endcap)"

I was able to access and replace all pices. Unit test good.

"CX complaint is that the drive pulley is again backing off the drive shaft causing the splutch to grind down, the belt to tear , and the drive pulley to grind into the sheild. i am ordering 1 gearcase (W11449840), 1 splutch (W10721967), 1 belt (W11239857), and 1 sheild( W11409708). I have set a return date for 8/22. return date will need to be 2 call counted due to the time it takes to replace the gearcase .; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11409708 (sheild) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 2callcount (2 call count)"
