"Replaced both parts per prebious tech, ran normal cycle and unit spun and heated. Unit checks good"

I was able to access and replace the console. I then cycles power 5 times. I tested unit and unit test good.

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the ice maker. I then found that the unit is part of the SP W11460554. I am ordering the LED kit. please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11683243 (LED Kit)

"CX complai t is that the unit is not heating. I found that the unit tumbles , but does not heat. I found the propper 240 V's at the term block and 120 to each L1&L2. I accessed the rear and inspected teh unit , I foun d that the heating lement coil is fragmented. I am ordering 1 heating element (279838) and 1 TCO kit (279816). Once the contract is apoorved, please have someoen formt eh office call to set a return date. I advised CX to replace or shirten the vent hose for the unit .; ordrng 1 279838 (element,heater) and 1 279816 (cutoff-tml)"

"CX complaint is that the unit will not power on. I found that the control board has the propper 120 V's , but no light and no opperation. I am ordering 1 control boad (W11618918) and will use the console on return.; ordrng 1 W11618918 (control board)"
