came out and replace all parts on unit . tested unit and everything checked good unit is running as designed .

cx complaint unit will not close . checked unit and found strike warped not allowing it to proper close door and lock .ntryed to uninstall and reinstall and nothing helped . mold for strike warped . ordering parts for repair .; ordrng 1 W11457841 (strike)

cx complaint not starting - has power - over-the-range microwave checked unit and found when trying to turn on fan speed 2 has OL on it . also found interlocks not properly sensing the door is shut and not allowing unit to heat ordering control just in case will need 2nd tech to safely uninstall unit for repair . ordering all parts and 1 ( LOOK LOOK LOOK ); ordrng 1 W11552018 (control) and 1 W11441128 (Microwave Vent Fan Motor) and 1 LOOKLOOK (LOOK LOOK)

"cx complaint the unit is not cooing correctly and is frosting up. checked the unit and found that the freezer bimetal was out of range. therfore, the unit was not fully defrosting. went ahead and removed all ice from coil. unit will need a new bimetal to resolve the issue. also the ice maker lost home position. finally the damper was stuck open allowing too much cold air to flow into the fridge. all parts on order needed for repair.; ordrng 1 12002497 (gear) and 2 WPW10120018 (slide rail)s and 1 WPW10175909 (grill) and 2 12002355 (temp sensor)s and 1 W10884390 (ice maker) and 1 WPW10594330 (damper) and 1 W11260592 (harns-wire)"
