Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. cx disconnected unit and moved unit away from hookup after repair done. No further work needed

"CX complains unit is showing error and will not run cycle. unit shows f1e1-acu failure , f3e2-moisture sensor short. Found L1-N=121.3, L2-N=243.2 and L1-L2= 122.4. Unit is recieving improper voltages and causing issues. Told cx about voltage issue, CX to correct wiring issue and see if unit issues are fixed. No further work needed."

cx complaint unit is not producing clean clothes. I found agitator teeth were stripped not allowing agitator to agitate. unit needs agitator to correct scheduled cx for 11/3/23.; ordrng 1 WP3951744 (agitator)

Cx complaint is that the unit is still giving an error code. Upon arrival I found that the unit is running currently. It ran for about 20 minutes. I then stopped the cycle and entered into diag. i then found an F1E1 and F2E1. I inspected the harness and found that there are no loose connections. i found that the F2 E1 persisted. I am ordering the control and the UI. Please contact cx when the parts are avialable to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11413569 (Control) and 1 W11419056 (UI)
