"Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an F9E1 error code. Confirmed issue, basket is empty. Error code cleared and test cycle ran. The unit filled and then did nothing. Inspection underneath the unit found no power to the drain pump. Wiggled the wires to the pump and it kicked on, then off. Unit has a broken wire. Harness replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

"Customer complaint is that the microwave squeaks when in use. Unit tested and during a 4 minute cycle reheating a bag of veggies, the unit squeaked only once. Found two of the 3 ring wheels do not spin freely and the hub does not sit flush on the motor. Ordering ring, hub, and motor.; ordrng 1 W11110134 (ring-turn) and 1 W11179756 (shaft-turn)"

Ran test cycle and the unit refused to run diagnostics, kicked back out. Cycled power to the unit and retried. Issue remained. Control replaced and unit retested. Unit still thinks that the lid is open. Latch replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old latch left with customer."
