cx complaint console dead but light inside comes on when opening door. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit is getting 120v and control is sending 14vdc to console. replaced console. tested unit. unit is now working properly;

cx complaint is unit is not level and doors dont line up as well as top of fridge and back wall is full of moisture. found moisture and waer coming out damper and frozen water under as well. was able to level unit and will order new damper. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11645127 (Damper) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor)

"F7E2 Module drive over temp, F2E1 Stuck key. Customer complaint unit is not starting. I tested the unit and the unit just locks then it does not spin. Follow F7E2 techsheet check and motor is good. Bad boad. Called techline cus there was one wire from the motor connector that had metal exposed. Called techline and we tested lid lock and control and they said they board is bad but something is iffy about the door lock. Quoted for new board cx is calling Maytag to see if they do something for her they owe 360.47.; ordrng 1 W11429620 (Control 222.14)"

Customer complaint unit is not heating the Left front burner. I found it off. I tested powr from the switch to the terminal and is getting 240VAC. Tested burner and is 23 ohms. I reseated the burner and the burner is heating. May have been loose unit is back to normal operations. No pop left dispatched on.
