replced outter door and the vent fan motor.. test nd checks good.

Cx complaint is that the unit is collecting moisture and rusting at the outside vent. I found a FAE2 error code. I cleared the code d ran a auto test. I found no movement firm the vent fan motor. I am ordering 1 ven fan motor (W11649985) and 1 outerdoor (W11461682). I have seta return date for 9/8; schdld next appmnt for 9/8 FRI !

"CX complaint was that the unit was leaking out the front of the FC. I foujd that the evap drain tub was clogged with debris. I was able to steam the ice out and unit test good. While steaming out the ice, I found that the rear FC wall has blisters / melt marks with 2 pin holes. I was able to fillthe pin holes with selicone . I called WP Tech Line and documented. No repair to be made."

Cx complaint unit makes noise. Inspected and found the npoise coming from FC. Found the evap cover frosted over and the fan is hitting ice creating noise. RC section checks good. Evap will need defrosted. Gave cx quote for FC harness repair and he paid $449.48. Ordering harness which found in stock and set return 8/3. Office will contact cx with time frame; ordrng 1 W11249952 (FC harness)
