"cx complaint rc not cooling properly, fz is but frost everywhere. inspected unit and verified complaint. frost all over fz as if door was left open. cleared all frost. found drain iced over, wasnt clogged. noticed heater wasnt snapped into drip tray properly so it wasnt close enough to drain to prevent it from icing over. cleared all ice with steamer. adjusted heater closer to drain and bent tabs in drip tray to hold it in. tested unit, unit is now working properly"
