"Solinoid replaced and tested. Solinoid is now locking into position properly for cubed ice dispensing. No issue found with the auger motor, it is dispensing ice properly. Customer added a complaint that the ice maker is only filling the bin half full. Found the bail arm is triggering to stop ice production prematurely. Ice maker replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old parts left with customer."

"Customer complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise at the end of the cycle. Checked for stored error codes and found F6E3. Ran test cycle and when the unit is spinning and not accelerating, the unit makes a knocking noise. Unit is also knocking at the end of each agitation. Inspection of the drive system found the rotor bolt has fallen out and is lost. Gearcase is also leaking oil. Replaced the bolt with a spare. Ordering gearcase. Basket is also out of round. Unit needs a new basket. Console and control are currently working properly.; ordrng 1 W11178227 (basket) and 1 W11449841 (gearcase)"

replaced motor per notes tested nothing checked mpodel sn nothing showing called tech line old control aLREADY SENT BACK unable to enter model and sn informed tech line reverted back to base model is what tech line is thinking informed unrepair no way to manually enter model and sn informed to give sr file number to customer and have them contact customer care
