replaced the gearcase clutch and hub. calibrated the unit and tested. the unit is now good

"Cx complaint unit makes noise. When arrived cx had load in unit and when beginning to spin, unit made loud grinding noise. Inspected underneath and found the clutch is grinding. Removed clutch and found the teeth grinding doewn and oil is beginning to leak from gear case. Ordering parts and 2 call count for gear case repair. Once all are in contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11454372 (gear case) and 1 W10721967 (clutch) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is making noise when filling. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then ran the diag test and found no issues. I manually ran the valves, agitate and spin and was unable to replicate the noise. I also ran a drain and spin cycle. I was still unable to replicate the noise. i informed the cx that if the unit makes the noise again to document it in a video. Unit is functioning as intended at this time. Job complete"
