"Confirmed cx complaint clothes not washing fully. Spoke with cx about wash habits, cx is using up to the '3' bar detergant full. Advised her that she is using too much detergent for one person with relatively clean clothing. Advised her to use less detergent and a more aggressive wash mode. Called techline and documented issue, techline agreed with detergent issue."
