Cx complaint of ice on bottom of FC section and temp concerns. Inspected unit found bottom of FC section has a block of ice. Defrosted ice and found drain is clogged. Cleared duck bill. Tested unit is pulling .86 amps while compressor is running. Called JJ. Advised readings are too low.; ordrng 1 W10836706 (evap) and 1 WPW10507886 (compressor) and 1 W10843121 (drier) and 1 W11506635 (coupler)

Cx complaint IM does not work. Inspected unit ran test 44 no issues. Test 45 IM filled. Test 47 01 warmer than harvest temp. Tested IM thermisor reading 12.4kohms. Installed new IM.
