found 2 issues the gear case is seized and not turning and unit isnt draining need drain pump; ordrng 1 3360629 (gear case) and 1 W10820043 (brake) and 1 285785 (clutch) and 1 285753A (coupler) and 1 WP3363394 (drain pump)

"Confirmed cx complaint unit not advancing cycles. Found cold water inlet not actuating properly, unit not fillling enough for final rinse and spin. Replaced with pre-id'd part, tested unit, unit working as designed."
