Cx complaint freezer door pops open and doesnt close. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found washer failure causing fc door to sag and catch on the liner and you have to lift the door to open and close. Ordering washers and set return with cx for Thur 10/26/23; ordrng 2 WP487576 (washer)s and 2 WP489467 (washer)s

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace control. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

"CX complains unit is not spinning drum. Found unit to be heating and motor sounded to be spinning but drum was not moving. Found unit motor pulley had failed causing the idler, and belt to fail as well. Unit will need motor, belt, and idler for repair. Was able to replace motor and belt with pre i.d parts and replace idler with vs part. Retested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. Cx complaint of F2E1 error. Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Found in use error continues to come back. Cx also has concern of back panel getting hot but the part that is getting hot is where the vent is and instructed cx to use fan to help dissipate the heat. Ordering control and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11620481 (control)
