cx complaint that unit is flahsing the f8e3 and no one will be touching. which indicates the overlfow error.. ran test 12 and all functions as far as spinning and and draining foudn in test 02 no water coming through and water hookups are good and no issues unit has water incoming flow issues with unit side. ordering parts needed call to reschd.; ordrng 1 W11316256 (valve) and 1 W11316255 (hot valve) and 1 W11524103 (dispencer housing)

cx complaint that unit is not lighting the fc section and also the gasket on the left rc door is having the magnetic strip is out and not staying in place to allow proper closure with air exposure. and will need the new door being the agsket is built in the rc door. and cx will call when door had arrived to install parts.; ordrng 1 W11683243 (led light spec order) and 1 LW10561911 (ss lft door)

"cx complaint unit makes grinding, rubbing sounds. inspected unit and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit finished with out issue. i lifted unit and found splutch coated in oil along with the belt. removed splutch and found gearcase dropped its oil. I found washplate was seized, unit needs gearcase, splutch, belt, wash plate, 2 call count. once parts are in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11454372 (gearcase) and 1 W11397111 (wash plate)"

"Per the previouse tech, I was able ot access and replace all parts. i plugged unit back in and unit test good. Advised CX to allow a min of 24hr's before unit returns to reccomneded temps."
