cx says the unit is not allowing her to remove the ice bin and the unit is not dispensing ice. found the ice bucket froze into place. was able to remove the ice bin and found the ice maker frozen over. the ice maker funnel had a piece of foam in it. removed the foam and the ice maker finished harvest and filled good. the unit is now good

cx complaint unit not cooling in either section. cx just started doing dishes while watching a video on her phone after letting me inside and didnt talk to me at all. tried to ask cx if unit is in warranty or if she has a receipt and she just said i dont know. tried to explain why i needto prove its less than 1 year old and showed cx that i need a receipt to prove its in warranty or i have to charge at least the service call fee. cx got nasty with me and wouldnt let me finish any sentences and kept arguing with me. i was trying to give advice on ways tofind outif its in warranty but she kept interrupting and arguing. i eventually gave up and walked out because i felt disrespected from her attitude and she was just getting nasty with me when i was trying to help her out. no service provided; saved tckt

"cx complaint drum not turning. inspected unit and found that the belt is visibly damaged. removed front panel and found that the pulley nut at the end of the motor is sheered off. unit will need new motor, belt and idler.; ordrng 1 341241 (belt,drive) and 1 279827 (motor!dryer) and 1 WP694089 (blower) and 1 WP691366 (pulley-idr)"

cx complaint the unit throwing error code. F8E4. found float switch has dirtyness. cleaned. cleared codes. unit working properly.
