customer stated that the unit stopped cooling again. verified issue and fnd unit at room temp and running. unit has a leak.. need parts..; ordrng 1 WPW10239732 (evaporator) and 1 w11505166 (evap) and 1 w11590197 (3 way ref valve) and 1 W10779331 (compressor) and 3 3callcount (3 call count)s

"Customer complaint is that the unit is leaking under the sink and is not washing properly. Unit has no stored error codes. Supply line is leaking at the connection under the sink, will need to either replace the supply line hose or have a plumber fix that connection. Supply line is part of the home, not the unit. Unit tested and is working, but is squealing the entire time that it is running, gets worse at it changes positions. Ordering sump assembly.; ordrng 1 W11416363 (sump assy)"

Motor and blower wheel replaced. Unit tested and is working properly. Old parts left with customer.

"Customer complaint is that the ice maker is still not making ice and the door open indicator is not turning off. Found that the right side door is not making properly contact with the door switch. Hinge loosened to pull the door tighter to the right side side. Hinge resecured and the door is now contacting the door switch properly. Ice maker tested and cycled properly, but did not fill. Ran the fill tube heater test for a few minutes and then reran the fill test. Ice maker filled properly. Ice box fan is working properly. Customer to monitor for any further issues with the ice maker, but likely that the fill tube froze due to the door switch preventing the ice maker from running. The right side door gasket is torn, ordering gasket. Findings documented online with Whirlpool.; ordrng 1 W11544658 (gasket)"
