Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the User Interface isn't working at times. The times that the User Interface isn't working the unit stops cooling. Cx has unplugged unit multiple times and did deep resets multiple times. Some times User Interface doesn't come back on. Unit is cooling and working as designed as of now. Unit will need a new User Interface = W10259995. Parts are no longer available. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full.
